You will drive financial discipline, protect margins, and deliver insights for fast, informed decisions. Lead month/quarter/year-end closes, budgeting, tax compliance, and process improvements while collaborating with leadership to optimize liquidity and profitability.

Qualifications

• CPA or strong accounting/finance background is mandatory.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably with corporate and project experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and big-picture thinking.
• Thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Build and maintain internal controls safeguarding company assets.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and credit lines to optimize liquidity.
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts with department heads.
• Provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Build and maintain internal controls that safeguard company assets.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Monitor receivables, payables, and credit lines to optimize liquidity.
• Forecast cash flow and anticipate financing needs.
• Improve collection processes and payment terms.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budget planning and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with department heads to track performance against budgets.
• Provide variance analysis with clear, actionable insights.

Tax & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, government reporting, and audits.

Business Partnering
