Job summary

IQVIA's Manila Speaker Bureau seeks a Financial Close & Review Planner to audit and review meeting financials post-event, ensuring Transfer of Value reporting compliance. The role collaborates with planners and vendors, validates expenses, and maintains documentation for audits.

Based in Manila, the position requires US-hours availability, on-site work at McKinley, Taguig, and strong accuracy in financial calculations to support high-quality, compliant meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or equivalent.
• Experience serving US clients, preferably in a phone-based CS role.
• Audit experience is preferred.
• Pharma industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with US cultural norms to service stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client Core Team including planners to execute meetings.
• Review planning within client business rules and budgets.
• Assess management fee accuracy and travel expenses.
• Review speaker honorarium and ensure correct payments.
• Plot venue charges to approved cost per person and flag overages.
• Ensure charges align with budget categories and approved rules.
• Resolve attendance discrepancies and verify system reconciliations.
• Obtain receipts and maintain required documentation for audits.
