Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and bookkeeping for small subsidiaries.
• Process disbursement transactions.
• Prepare and file applicable BIR returns.
• Prepare monthly funds schedules and financial statements.
• Prepare monthly BPC upload files and related schedules.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR reports.
• Prepare replies to BIR notices and related documents.
• Assist auditors during examinations and provide schedules.
• Prepare draft audited financial statements and notes.
• Support other accounting/compliance tasks as needed.

Job description

The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the accounting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, financial reporting, and audit requirements of assigned subsidiaries. The role ensures the accurate and timely preparation of financial records, regulatory reports, and supporting schedules while assisting in various accounting and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and bookkeeping functions of small subsidiaries.
• Process disbursement transactions.
• Prepare and file applicable BIR returns.
• Prepare monthly funds schedules and financial statements.
• Prepare monthly Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) upload files.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR reports.
• Prepare replies to BIR notices and related documents.
• Prepare, provide, and discuss schedules requested by internal and external auditors during audit examinations.
• Prepare draft audited financial statements, including notes to the financial statements.
• Perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Relevant accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, or financial reporting experience is an advantage.
