The Financial Analyst will be responsible to deliver accurate and timely accounting services relative to principals' accounts, crew payrolls, other crew payments, and various account analysis.
Responsibilities
For Bank Management Reporting
- Ensure proper booking of accounts
- Create cost analysis
- Prepare schedules, statistics, and other needed reports
- Perform and prepare budget reports
For Tax Administration
- Perform in Tax Administration from generating reports to sending the summary for funding and payments
- Monitor and validate correctness of filing and payments
- Accomplish Tax compliance and BIR audit requirements
For Financial Audit, Bank Reconciliation, and Balance Sheet Analysis
- Provide financial audit requirements and submit audit report in various government agencies on-time
- Assist in bank reconciliation and provide necessary report/documents for approval
- Prepare balance sheet analysis from generating data up to submission of report for approval
For AP Processing
- Review and validate the completeness and accuracy of documents and/or invoices
- Process and ensure proper booking of employee's reimbursement and liquidation
- Arrange letter instructions for USD payments up to approval
- Make sure to request Official Receipt and prepare 2307 form if necessary
Qualifications
- Graduate in BSA course or any related field
- Candidate should have an experience on Corporate Finance
- Knowledgeable in various BIR requirements
- Good communication skills
- Technology-savvy and displays
- High customer service through on-time response to queries
- Experience in preparing Bank Statement
