Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or Property Economics.
• CPA qualification or pursuing CPA accreditation.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar accounting/finance role.
• Strong Excel-based financial modelling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Attention to detail and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Code and post high-volume invoices to the appropriate business units.
• Prepare and process payroll journals, including reconciliation of monthly on-cost balances.
• Manage lease accounting transactions and reconciliations under AASB 16.
• Prepare month-end journal entries for timely financial reporting.
• Assist in reports for external stakeholders and business performance analysis.
• Support automation and continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes.
• Prepare and analyze basic financial statements and schedules.
• Provide financial insights and support Group Accounting Manager on ad hoc projects.
• Perform GL reconciliations within deadlines.
