Job summary

BMD Group is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the global support team in Parañaque, Metro Manila. You will deliver accurate financial reporting, code invoices, process payroll journals, manage lease accounting, and support month-end close with the corporate finance team.

This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 6am–3pm, with responsibilities spanning financial statements, GL reconciliations, and stakeholder reporting while driving ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or Property Economics is required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or currently working towards CPA accreditation is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills, particularly in Excel, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Code and post high-volume invoices to the appropriate business units.
• Prepare payroll journals and reconcile monthly on-cost balances.
• Manage lease accounting and reconciliations per AASB 16.
• Prepare month-end journal entries for timely financial reporting.
• Provide financial insights and assist with business performance analysis.
• Support automation and continuous improvement of administrative processes.
