Job summary

MicroSourcing invites you to join as Financial Accountant (AU) based in Clark, Pampanga with a hybrid day shift. You will prepare and review monthly P&L and balance sheets for the Group, support management presentations, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.

You’ll work with the Group Financial Controller on BAS for AU/NZ, contribute to process improvements in finance, assist with audits, and serve as a daily contact for queries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets for the Group per the agreed month end timetable
• Assist with preparing Financial presentations for monthly management meetings for the Director's and Leadership team
• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for review by the Group Financial Controller monthly
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements across Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller
• Assist the Group Financial Controller with Annual Audit preparation and data sample collection as required by the external auditors
• Be the first point of contact for daily queries from the business or from within the team (when required)
• Assist to develop and drive process improvement strategies within finance and across the business
• Assist with detailed analysis of the business projects and business performance when required
• Ad hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller or the Senior Financial Accountant.

Your Role

The Financial Accountant (AU) is accountable for:
