Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• Must have at least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE).
• Must possess B2 English communication proficiency.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to start on the Week of September 13 or September 27.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to financial accounts in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related concerns.
