Job summary

Manulife is seeking a seasoned Transformation and Shared Services Leader to drive the transition of processes into a functional shared services model and build out finance shared services teams. The role requires deep program management, collaboration with automation teams, and governance for constant improvement.

You will engage with senior stakeholders and lead change initiatives across cultures, ensuring risk management and qualitative benefits across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience using leading methodologies and processes.
• Transitions Management experience in a service outsourcing environment.
• Transformation Project Management Experience in a financial services company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with senior officers.

Responsibilities

• Identify shared services opportunities via process inventories.
• Drive standardization across value streams and draft operating procedures.
• Collaborate with automation teams to embed automation into designs for scalability and quality.
• Project manage the transformation into a shared services operating model.
• Ensure benefits materialize when pivoting to shared services.
• Craft project dashboards and governance for weekly status updates.
