Job summary

Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy seeks a Transition & Process Improvement Lead to establish and optimize a new Shared Services operation. You will centralize finance activities, design governance, and drive efficiency across the organization in collaboration with senior leadership.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop roadmaps, and implement governance standards to ensure successful transitions and sustained performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance Process Improvement, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Transition/PM.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, etc.).
• Experience working within Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
• Proven project management experience.
• SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage, but not required.
• Practical and hands-on, accountable and reliable, flexible and adaptable, organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong project leader, collaborative team player, proactive problem solver, results-driven, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assess finance processes across business units and identify opportunities for Shared Services migration.
• Lead transition planning and execution for finance process centralization.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
• Develop transition plans, governance structures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and coordinate transition workstreams.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and senior management to ensure successful implementation.
• Establish KPIs, process documentation, and governance standards.
• Identify risks and ensure smooth business continuity throughout transition activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
