Job summary

PM Consulting in Mandaluyong is seeking a Finance Excellence Manager (Finance Transformation) to lead finance transformation initiatives, optimize processes, and support SAP migration. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive efficiency and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Strong experience in Finance Transformation, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Controllership
Hands-on SAP experience, preferably involving migration or implementation projects
Strong background in inventory accounting, cost accounting, and general accounting
Experience from FMCG or manufacturing companies is highly preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement solutions across finance operations
Drive automation and reporting enhancements to support better decision-making
Support SAP migration and finance systems implementation projects
Ensure seamless transition, process alignment, and system optimization
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve finance systems functionality
Oversee inventory accounting, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting
Strengthen inventory controls and improve stock accuracy processes
Manage cost accounting analysis to support margin and profitability improvements
Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to provide financial insights and performance analysis
Support forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis
Provide recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency
Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions
Strengthen governance, compliance, and internal control processes
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
