Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to join the CFO & Enterprise Value practice in Manila. The role involves leading ERP-enabled finance transformation projects, integrating SAP, Oracle and Workday solutions, and guiding client conversations from workshops to steering committees.

You will drive end-to-end finance processes, collaborate with cross-country teams, and contribute to architecture and delivery with a focus on value realization for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end finance processes (OTC, P2P, R2R).
• Deep knowledge of SAP FICO, Oracle Financials/Oracle Fusion/Oracle EBS, and Workday Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• System integration across SAP, Oracle, Workday and other ERP solutions to provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead delivery of Finance module projects including design, blueprinting, solutioning, modeling and PoC development.
• Engage with clients through workshops and management reviews to ensure satisfaction and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in ERP methodologies, tools and practices.
• Lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
