HRTx Inc. is seeking a strategic Finance Controller to lead financial and accounting operations in a hybrid setup in Taguig City.

The role blends high-level financial strategy with hands-on management, ensuring data integrity and SAP-driven processes while managing risk in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Candidates may be CPAs or seasoned Non-CPAs with strong finance leadership experience, aiming to optimize fiscal health and guide a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage, but non-CPAs with leadership experience are welcome.
• 7–10 years in finance/accounting with 3–5 years in management.
• High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• FMCG sector experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, risk management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting functions, including internal controls and financial procedures.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; provide actionable insights.
• Manage forecasting, financial planning, and cost control for stability.
• Ensure alignment with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and lead the accounting team.
• Liaise with external auditors, banking partners, and regulators.
