The role partners with senior leadership to drive risk management, compliance monitoring, and finance transformation within a regulated environment. You will oversee the development and enforcement of financial control frameworks, risk assessments, QA programs, and cross-functional governance initiatives,

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Extensive controllership/finance leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the financial control framework and governance standards.
• Oversee enterprise-wide compliance with controls and authority limits.
• Drive risk assessments, remediation of audit findings, and governance reviews.
• Lead process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Internal Audit, and Operations to drive change.
