Job summary

ETS Consulting, Inc. seeks a Finance - Team Leader to ensure accurate financial reporting and support group finance activities. You will perform day-to-day financial analysis, assist with month-end close, and help develop rolling forecasts and KPI packs.

You will collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury and Commercial Finance, explaining changes and proposing actions. A curious, detail-driven mindset and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build analytical foundations and support month-end, forecasts, and KPI packs.
• Deliver audit-ready information for leaders to act on.
• Stakeholder engagement and clear communication with internal/external parties.
• Collaborate with AR, AP, Treasury and Commercial Finance teams.
• Analyze data: consolidation, trends, and reconciliations.
• Raise payment requests and monitor vendor onboarding for AP.
• Oversee bank payments and government payments.
• Drive continuous improvements in systems and processes.
• Serve as local first contact for AP and Group Finance onshore.
