Jobtailor seeks an experienced FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial results. You will partner with senior leadership on P&L reporting, revenue, gross profit, and capex, delivering clear insights and strategic recommendations.

With 10+ years in senior financial analysis, you will develop complex models in Excel, evaluate profitability drivers, and guide expansion decisions in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a business-related major required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and monthly financial results processes.
• Serve as the primary finance business partner for P&L reporting, revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate strategies for business-unit financial performance.
• Lead recurring financial discussions and develop action plans to exceed targets.
• Create FP&A models for AVPs, VPs, and senior management.
