Job summary

TRT seeks an experienced accounting professional in the Philippines to lead the finance team and ensure accurate reporting across cost accounting and financial statements.

You will coordinate weekly finance meetings, liaise with other departments and executive management, and act as the escalation point for finance issues, applying strong MS Excel skills to deliver reliable insights and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule workload for the entire finance team.
• Manage administrative reporting requirements and department KPIs.
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly finance meetings.
• Liaise with other departments and executive management.
• Serve as the escalation point for finance department issues/concerns.
• Apply cost accounting concepts to operations and financial statements.
