The Client FinancialManagement Manager will partner with the engagement executives to supportdelivery of the company and the clients business case, ensure compliance toregulatory and organization principles and to perform financial and contractmanagement functions. S/He will direct financial management processes andreports, trend and variance analysis, establish key performance indicators(KPIs) and engagement metrics. S/He will act as the finance single point ofcontact for engagement executives and manage a team of professionals both onsiteand offsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the business advisor to theaccount executive team and look to drive profitability improvements acrossthe account.
- Oversee the annual/ mid-yearclient planning process
- Collaborate with client andengagement partners executives, Client Group Finance Leads (orequivalent), and other finance operations executives to communicate theposition and status of the account financial position.
- Drive efficient business processacross the account-Design and implement timelines and processes to ensureappropriate financial deal-shaping support; Coordinate with related teamsas Contract Management, Commercial Directors, Legals, etc.
- Drive accuracy and rigor acrossthe forecasting process-Educate account teams with forecasting bestpractices and Implement / lead processes to ensure constant monitoring andunderstanding of financials. Ensure business runners are aware of dealsrisks avoiding financial surprises.
- Ensure the quality and integrityof engagement financial records-Develop and analyze KPIs and engagementmetrics; ensure compliance with all global and local statutory, tax,Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements; Understand, explain, andresolve major discrepancies that occur on the financial records.
- Requires identifying and assessingcomplex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions insituations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variablefactors.
- Manages large - medium sized teamsand/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture, serving as a leaderin the CFM organization: Value Creator, People Developer & BusinessOperator.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy,Finance and other relevant fields
- At least 5 years experience asManager
- Experience in management control,related with budgeting, planning and forecasting
- Experience in Financial Reportingand Analysis
