Finance System Lead – SAP / M365 & Power Platform

Work Arrangement: Onsite – Alabang, Muntinlupa
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance System Lead to support finance technology initiatives, system enhancements, integrations, automation, and business process improvements. The role will work closely with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure the effective delivery, support, and continuous improvement of finance-related systems and digital solutions.

The position may be assigned to either a SAP Technical track or an M365 / Power Platform track, depending on the candidate's expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support finance system initiatives, enhancements, implementations, and integrations.

• Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical or system solutions.

Track 1: SAP Technical Expertise

Candidates under the SAP Technical track should have:

• Strong technical experience with SAP systems, particularly in finance-related environments.

• Experience supporting, enhancing, or implementing SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions.

• Experience with SAP technical troubleshooting, integrations, interfaces, and system enhancements.

• Understanding of SAP architecture and integration with other enterprise applications.

• Experience working with SAP technical teams, functional consultants, business users, and third-party vendors.

• Experience supporting SAP interfaces, APIs, data flows, and integrations.

• Ability to analyze technical issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

• Experience in SAP implementation, migration, enhancement, or support projects is an advantage.

Track 2: Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Expertise

Candidates under the M365 / Power Platform track should have strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly:

• Microsoft Power Automate – workflow automation, approval processes, notifications, and business process automation.

• Microsoft SharePoint – SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, and document management.

• Microsoft Power BI – dashboard development, reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.

• Experience designing and implementing automated business processes using Power Platform.

• Ability to integrate Microsoft solutions with finance systems and other enterprise applications.

• Experience developing dashboards and reports to support finance and business decision‑making.

• Knowledge of data integration, APIs, connectors, and workflow automation.

• Experience with Power Apps is an advantage.
