Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.

• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred; JIRA acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of VBA, SQL, and Excel Macros.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with MS Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams.
