Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems, enterprise applications, finance systems, system implementation, or technology project delivery
- Experience working with Finance or ERP systems is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT
- Experience in system implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment
- Strong project coordination and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa for the duration of the 6-month contract
Responsibilities
- Lead and support finance system initiatives, enhancements, implementations, and integrations
- Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical or system solutions
- Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for system improvement, automation, and optimization
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, developers, and business users to ensure timely delivery of system requirements
- Provide technical and functional support for finance applications and related systems
- Manage system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution of defects and incidents
- Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, process documentation, and other project deliverables
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues
- Support system deployment, transition, and post-go-live activities
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements, security standards, and IT policies
