enablesGROUP is seeking a commercially minded Finance & Operations Manager to help build, strengthen, and scale its Finance and Operations function in Manila. The role is hands-on, building processes from the ground up, and translating financial analysis into practical business recommendations.

This leadership position will partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Service to support data-driven decision making and sustainable growth during a period of expansion.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Conduct regular Budget vs Actual variance analysis and communicate key findings.
• Perform hands-on bookkeeping activities and ensure financial records are current and accurate.
• Record, monitor, and manage invoices, bills, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit bill payments for approval.
• Communicate directly with vendors regarding financial and payment matters.
• Maintain appropriate financial controls, processes, and documentation.
• Manage US Sales Tax collections, submissions, and payments.
• Build and maintain a three-statement financial model and rolling 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Update cash-flow forecasting weekly and provide Budget vs Actual commentary and insights.
• Establish and maintain a robust financial forecasting process.
