Job summary

Beep is seeking a Finance Supervisor - Settlement and Reconciliation to lead settlement validation, daily reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution on a project-based basis. You will ensure accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with service agreements while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance or Accountancy, plus CPA preferred, with at least three years in settlement, reconciliation, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy is required.
• Master's degree or professional certifications preferred.
• CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in Settlement and Reconciliation, Bookkeeping, and/or Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Verify settlement transactions and balances to ensure proper classification and accuracy of reconciled reports.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
• Escalate irregularities to Revenue Assurance with timely recommendations and proposed resolutions.
• Create, maintain, and update reconciliation procedures for assigned PTOs and merchants.
• Prepare and distribute reconciliation reports to relevant internal stakeholders for review.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss settlement and reconciliation processes, issues, and improvements.
