Job summary

Beep is seeking a detail-oriented Settlement and Reconciliation Analyst to support daily settlement operations and ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions. Responsibilities

• Verify settlement transactions and ensure accurate reports are prepared and emailed to clients
• Compare and match settlement transactions and balances against internal records and external sources
• Perform daily reconciliation of assigned PTOs and merchants
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process
• Report discrepancies to concerned sections in a timely manner with recommended resolutions
• Ensure reconciliation reports are submitted to clients per service agreements
• Provide settlement and reconciliation process orientation or training to clients as needed
