Job summary

OneLot Financing Corporation in Makati City is seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead day-to-day accounting and strengthen financial processes in a fast-growing fintech startup. You will own accounting operations, ensure records are accurate and up to date, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and our external accounting partners in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance and 3–5 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in supervisory or senior role.
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

We're looking for a Finance Supervisor to support and strengthen our finance operations as we continue to grow. What You Will Do
