Job summary

La Rose Noire Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to oversee accounting activities, guide the Finance team, and ensure accurate, timely financial reports, asset records, and inventory transactions.

You will supervise staff, review statements, manage fixed assets, support month-end close, and ensure policy compliance in a manufacturing FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• At least three years of accounting or finance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or similar environment is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and review the work of assigned Finance staff.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules for assigned companies or business units.
• Review journal entries and ensure transactions are complete, accurate, and properly supported.
• Check petty cash replenishments, bills for payment, and other disbursement documents.
• Maintain and review the fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, transfers, and disposals.
• Lead and participate in regular physical counts of fixed assets.
• Assist in the monthly inventory count of production materials, finished goods, and warehouse stocks.
• Reconcile inventory records and investigate variances with Production, Supply Chain, Materials Warehouse, and Finished Goods personnel.
• Help ensure the timely completion of month-end closing activities and financial reports.
• Monitor compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements.

About you
