Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions
• Review and monitor revenue reports, cash flow, and daily sales (Front Office, F&B, etc.)
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor hotel expenses and support cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Supervise and train accounting staff
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
