GOH Management Inc. in Cebu City seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the hotel’s finance and accounting operations.

Oversee the daily finance and accounting operations of the hotel.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports.
Monitor hotel revenues, operating expenses, and overall financial performance.
Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll-related accounting, and cash management.
Work closely with the Cost Control, Purchasing, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments to monitor expenses and improve profitability.
Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of hotel revenues, including rooms, food and beverage, and other operating departments.
Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, government agencies, and other financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Supervise, train, and evaluate Finance and Accounting team members.
Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Assist in developing strategies to improve revenue, reduce costs, and maximize hotel profitability.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or senior accounting position in a hotel is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera, POS, and accounting/ERP systems is an advantage.
CPA license is an advantage.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Strong understanding of hotel revenue, expenses, and profitability.
