Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager (Modelling) to drive business planning, identify growth opportunities, and measure profitability across regions and products.

You will partner with product and regional heads, build forecasting models, and guide decision making on resource allocation in a fast-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial modelling, data analysis, or data transformation.
• Strong quantitative and technical skills with complex modelling and data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and financial planning processes (monthly reviews, forecasts, budget).
• Build and own financial forecast models including scenario analysis.
• Develop frameworks to gain insights into revenue and margins across products/regions.
• Identify and measure growth and profitability initiatives, pricing, and new regions.
• Ensure robust forecasts using best-practice techniques and cross-department collaboration.
• Improve processes to be more robust, accurate, and efficient.

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager (Modelling) to drive our business planning process, identifying and measuring growth and profitability initiatives. You'll be a strategic partner to key product and regional heads of departments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading strategic and financial planning processes (monthly reviews, forecasts, annual budget, etc.), and assisting with decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritisation
• Building and owning financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad-hoc analysis
• Supporting senior leadership by developing frameworks to gain insights into revenue and margins across countries, user segments, and products
• Identifying, driving, and measuring growth and profitability initiatives, including setting pricing, improving margins, assessing new products and regions, acquisition targets, large deals, etc.
• Using best-practice techniques to ensure accurate and robust financial forecasts
• Working closely across departments, like Accounting, Data, Risk, etc., to ensure consistency in our work
• Improving processes to be more robust, accurate, and efficient

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in financial modelling, data analysis, or data transformation in investment banking, management consulting, a tech startup, etc.
• Impressive quantitative and technical skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis using SQL, MS Excel, or Python
• Robust working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
• A solid track record of delivering results in a cross‑functional, high‑growth, and fast‑paced environment
• A bachelor's degree in finance and/or economics from a top university
• A structured and logical approach to problem‑solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

• A CFA (or other relevant industry certifications) or MBA
