Job summary

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with product, engineering, and finance teams to support rapid growth and maintain governance. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and prior experience in project management within fintech or banking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, or business consulting.
• Degree in STEM (Engineering), Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage Jira workflows, and track sub-tickets across cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of financial and banking concepts (accounting, tax, treasury, and financial modeling).
• Proven ability to identify blockers, run root-cause analysis, and independently propose structured solutions.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and present data-driven evidence to senior leadership.
• Proactive initiative and courage to take full ownership of projects and drive cross-department alignment.
