Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Division's operations across facilities, assets, transportation, records, health, logistics, and events.
• Oversee planning, maintenance, and improvement of buildings, equipment, and vehicles per standards.
• Supervise infrastructure, safety, security, disaster readiness, and business continuity programs.
• Lead sustainability and climate-resilience initiatives.
• Recommend policies and improvements to strengthen governance and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality management and government regulations.
• Prepare technical and admin requirements and contract documents for programs and projects.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
