Role Overview: Directs and oversees the organization's financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and compliance to ensure long-term fiscal health and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial models to guide executive decision-making.
• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards and tax laws.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, optimize capital structure, and oversee banking relationships.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks, establish internal controls, and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze operational expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate return on investment (ROI) for business initiatives.
