The role requires a CPA, 4+ years in corporate finance, and Big 4 audit exposure; you will manage GL, journals, intercompany transactions, and robust controls within a hybrid Taguig office.

Qualifications

Must be a CPA with solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
Minimum of 4 years in corporate finance and accounting.
Big 4 audit experience (1 year) preferred or blended public/private background.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Accounting: Manage daily and month-end accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare timely, accurate financial statements and handle intercompany billing transactions.
Transactional Oversight: Oversee invoice processing and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Controllership & Analytics: Conduct controllership functions, leverage data analytics to optimize processes, maintain strong controls.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional stakeholders in the Philippines and Hong Kong to streamline cross-border operations.

Requirements

Credential: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in corporate finance and accounting.
Audit Background: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Big 4 audit firm (e.g., PwC, KPMG, Reyes Tacandong, Grant Thornton, or similar). A blended background of public audit and corporate accounting is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting standards, and financial data analytics.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse, cross-border stakeholders.
