Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee month-end reporting, reconciliations and analysis, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. You will work on multiple ERP projects and manage payroll processing for three jurisdictions using ADP, while supporting foreign currency payments.

This full-time role is onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, CPA/CA or equivalent, and Freight forwarding sector experience is

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience, CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
• Full-time position; onsite reporting in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Experience processing payroll via ADP for multiple jurisdictions.
• Freight forwarding industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work by the finance team: balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month-end reporting and findings.
• Work on multiple projects within Ecosphere's ERP system.
• Process payroll via ADP for UK, Australia, and US.
• Support foreign currency payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Review the work completed by existing finance team, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month-end reporting, analyze findings, and report back to the Group Financial Controller.

• Work on numerous projects within Ecosphere's ERP system
• Process payroll via ADP for three jurisdictions: UK (monthly), Australia (monthly), and US (fortnightly),
• Support foreign currency payment processes.

Requirements

• Freight forwarding industry experience preferred.
• 5+ years Experience, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred; strong, proven hands-on finance experience will also be considered in place of formal qualification.
