Revolut Ltd is seeking a Finance Services Manager to oversee treasury account onboarding and banking portal access from a remote setting in the Philippines. You will partner with groups across treasury and finance to ensure security, access control, and scalable onboarding for new entities.

The role emphasizes control, risk management, and process improvements, with the opportunity to shape global treasury operations while working flexibly from home or abroad.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in treasury, onboarding, or payments.
• Experience in a reputable and high-growth bank or fintech.
• Knowledge of various financial instruments.
• Expertise in delivering change and continuous improvement.
• A good understanding of key treasury or finance functions.
• Experience in risk and control management.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring group treasury accounts are managed and maintained effectively.
• Managing banking portal access so key stakeholders have the correct permissions to keep the business running smoothly.
• Scaling operations by ensuring new entities are set up correctly and controlled from a group treasury and finance perspective.
• Supporting Settlements, Trade, and Support teams where needed.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure business continuity.
• Implementing new tools and processes to improve overall team performance.
• Enhancing controls and documentation of current trading and funding processes.
• Managing risk and control metrics, such as KRIs, KPIs, and SLAs.

What you'll be doing
