Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager to drive Finance Process Transformation initiatives with AI use case identification and design exposure in OTC/PTP/RTR. You will work with a cross-functional team of FDEs, AI, and data experts to architect and deliver blended finance solutions.

The role requires deep domain expertise, experience leading large-scale transformations, familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion, and a track record of implementing GenAI-powered processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-school; CA or CPA advantageous.
• 10+ years in finance process transformation; 12+ years stated in ad.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Process Transformation with AI use case design exposure in OTC/PTP/RTR (incl. FA).
• Design and deliver agentic/GenAI-powered solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Translate Finance requirements into specs for dev/engineering teams; bridge Finance SMEs and technical developers.
• Evaluate AI model outputs for Finance use cases; implement with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Oversee integrations using API middleware like MuleSoft/Azure Integration Services; Financial efficiency focus.

Job Summary

Drive Finance Process Transformation initiatives with AI use case identification & design exposure

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA)
• Agentic AI Design & Delivery: Hands-on designing and deploying agentic / GenAI-powered solutions; experience working in design/development teams/pods with other FDEs and AI/Data experts
• FInance AI Solution Architecting: Translate Finance requirements into specs for dev/engineering teams; bridge Finance SMEs and technical developers
• AI Fluency: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / AutoGen; evaluate AI model outputs for Finance use cases
• Automation & Integration design exposure with value case development experience
• Ability to use Low-Code / No-Code platforms in design/development phases of Finance AI programs
• Understanding of API middleware (MuleSoft / Azure Integration Services) frameworks/architectures
• Tower-level Finance expertise: 2+ towers preferred (OTC, PTP, RTR)

Required Qualification

• MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-school. CA or CPA
• Prior experience of working on 4-5 large scale transformation and implementation delivery programs for global clients.
• Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA)
• Multi-agent orchestration (CrewAI / LangGraph / AutoGen)
• SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance module knowledge
• Process Mining (Celonis / Signavio); Power BI / Tableau for Finance analytics
• Exposure to 1 or more Enabling Tech Tools; SOX / IFRS / GAAP controls awareness
