Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in management reporting, preferably in retail and distribution.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with SAP Business One.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data and generate insights on sales, profitability, and operations.
• Design dashboards to visualize KPIs related to sales, profitability, and operations.
• Review actual vs. budgeted/target by channel or cost center.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and dashboards.
• Align data analysis with overall business goals and drive data-related projects.
• Identify growth opportunities and market trends from data.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales and market share.
• Oversee execution and maintenance of dashboards by the data team.
