The role involves processing check payments, releasing checks to suppliers, and preparing weekly reports of checks issued, while coordinating with the Accounting Specialist. You will assist in documenting vehicle sales financing, following up bank proceeds, monitoring receivables, and handling bank transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares check payments.
• Releases checks to suppliers and various payees.
• Prepares weekly report of checks prepared.
• Facilitates documentation of vehicle sales through Financing and company purchase order.
• Follows up proceeds from banks and other financial institution.
• Monitors and follows up other receivable accounts.
• Prepares Accounts Receivable report and reconciles this with Accounting Specialist.
• Monitors issuance of vehicles sold and prepares summary of car insurance premiums due for payment.
• Handles bank transactions such as but not limited to money placement, fund transfers and payroll advice.
• Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.
