Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to support financial operations in the Philippines. You will post and process journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and oversee intercompany activity.

The role includes preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, monitoring cash flow, reconciling bank accounts, and providing variance analysis to management.

Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile sub-ledgers
• Oversee accounts payable by verifying invoices, securing approvals, and processing payments
• Oversee accounts receivable by generating billing statements, tracking collections, and monitoring aging reports
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts
• Monitor daily cash flow and manage petty cash disbursements and liquidations
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balance sheet accounts
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
• Prepare schedules and documentation required for external and internal audits
