Responsibilities

• Review and validate costing for all Promotion Work Programs.
• Prepare and print checks for reviewed and approved vouchers.
• Encode petty cash transactions and prepare weekly petty cash replenishment reports.
• Prepare and process daily bank transactions.
• Record and monitor checks issued for disbursements.
• Facilitate the weekly release of checks to suppliers.
• Prepare and submit weekly cash flow reports.
