Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, update general ledgers, and categorize income and expenses.
• Process supplier invoices, coordinate payment schedules, issue client statements/invoices, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Calculate wages, handle tax withholdings, process paycheck distribution, and maintain payroll records.
• Prepare basic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for management.
• Assist with tax preparation, organize files for annual audits, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and standards.
