Job summary

U-BIX Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee funds planning, cash flow, and timely financial reporting. You will coordinate budgets, forecasts, and bank reconciliations while ensuring check disbursements and APV processing within 3 working days.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Accountancy with CPA preferred and can work effectively under pressure, guiding the team through financial controls and reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs management of funds of the company.
• In charge of monitoring and controlling the Company's cash inflow and outflow.
• Oversees the production of periodic financial reports.
• Prepares and analyses Sales Report on a timely basis.
• In charge of preparation and analysis of budget and forecast, including creation and dissemination of template.
• Clearing of Bank Reconciling items.
• Ensures on time processing of Check Vouchers and disbursements within 3 working days upon receipt of APV.
• All other tasks assigned by the VP - Finance from time to time.
