Job summary

W Bridges Manpower Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Finance & Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support management with planning and decision-making.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 3–5 years of relevant experience with supervisory exposure, strong Excel and ERP skills, and knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements. CPA is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of tax and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• CPA qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Finance & Accounting team.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other accounting records.
• Oversee bank, cash, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, collections, payments, and other financial activities.
• Review journal entries, supporting documents, and account reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Analyze financial results and prepare variance reports for management review.
