Job summary

MedGrocer, a digitally-enabled medicine and telehealth provider, seeks a Finance Manager to oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, and budgeting across corporate clinics and pharmacy supply chains in Makati.

You will lead monthly variance analyses, implement cash controls, and provide strategic financial guidance to executive management to support sustainable growth and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA license is required.
• 4–8 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and commercial financial modeling.
• Strong command of cash flow management, banking operations, variance analysis, and margin analysis.
• Ability to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily treasury operations, rolling liquidity forecasting, and bank reconciliations to maintain working capital across corporate clinic and pharmacy supply chains.
• Oversee banking relationships, negotiate credit facilities, manage short-term placements, and authorize vendor payment disbursements.
• Coordinate corporate budgeting processes, prepare monthly variance reports, and evaluate service line profitability and contract gross margins.
• Establish and maintain financial expenditure controls, approval matrices, and cash management protocols to eliminate financial leakages.
• Guide and review finance associates by setting performance benchmarks and operational standards.
