Ben Edictio Search in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Finance Operations Supervisor to lead daily cash positioning, funding, and reconciliations across operating, trust and fund accounts.

You will manage journal entries and the general ledger, coach a team, review invoices, and drive process improvements—this is a direct-hire, permanent role with a 100% onsite setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in daily clearing, funding, reconciliation and calculations.
• Experience in team leadership/supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of journal entries and general ledger.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookup functions, Power Query, macros).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Engagement: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Day Shift.
