Job summary

Ben Edictio Corp in Pasig is seeking a Senior Finance Operations Analyst for 100% onsite work at Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 3–5 years in finance operations within a financial services or BPO environment are required.

The successful candidate will manage reconciliations, journals, and control improvements, with strong Excel and ERP/GL experience. Immediate start preferred; knowledge of Australian accounting standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance operations within financial services, BPO or shared services.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reconciliations and journals.
• Experience coaching and reviewing junior staff; ability to work onsite in Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Handle reconciliations and journal entries; resolve complex breaks.
• Improve controls and processes in finance operations.
• Support an Australian entity from offshore location knowledge is a plus.
• Coach junior team members and review work; drive process automation.
• Ensure accuracy in daily cash and ledger activities; start ASAP.

Specific position: Senior Finance Operations Analyst

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related course
• Willing to work on a DAYSHIFT schedule; Willing to work beyond required hours if needed and punctual at all times
• Amenable to work 100% onsite in Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig
• at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance operations within a non-bank lender, financial services business or BPO/shared services environment, including daily clearing, cash-to-system reconciliations and commission calculations in a high-volume setting
• Demonstrated track record of resolving complex reconciliation breaks and improving controls and processes
• Strong knowledge of financial operations, journals and general ledger accounting
• Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookup functions, Power Query, macros)
• Experience reviewing the work of others and coaching junior team members
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Advantage: Audit experience, Financial services accounting experience, including trust or fund accounting, are highly regarded; Experience with loan management and ERP/GL systems; Experience with automation or data tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, VBA, RPA)
• Experience supporting an Australian entity from an offshore location, and working knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
