Job summary

Festive Tour Inc is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to support the company’s day-to-day accounting, finance, and settlement operations. The role will handle general accounting transactions, receivables and cash management, travel settlement review, and other finance-related tasks.

You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, prepare invoices, monitor collections, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Solid understanding of general accounting, bookkeeping and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with ability to reconcile financial data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general accounting records and books.
• Prepare invoices, monitor collections, and manage accounts receivable.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and fund management.
• Review travel settlement reports and related documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing.
• Coordinate with departments, clients, and suppliers on finance matters.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to support the company’s day-to-day accounting, finance, and settlement operations. The role will handle general accounting transactions, receivables and cash management, travel settlement review, and other finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain general accounting transactions, records, and books of accounts
• Prepare and issue invoices, monitor collections, and manage accounts receivable
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and fund management
• Review and audit travel settlement reports, including sales, supplier costs, commissions, and related supporting documents
• Perform bank and account reconciliations as required
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and suppliers on finance-related matters
• Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Good understanding of general accounting and bookkeeping & taxation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and reconcile financial transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the travel, tourism, airline, or related industry is preferred but not required
• Experience in Philippine tax compliance and BIR-related work
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve work efficiency, reporting, data analysis, and documentation

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
• Employment Type: Full-time
