Job summary

EMD Group in Manila is seeking a Business Process Expert in Finance Master Data to own harmonized Chart of Accounts across ERP landscapes. You will align with IFRS and support system rollouts, governing General Ledger master data and driving improvements in finance processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and champion changes to support scalable, compliant financial operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Experience with General Ledger, financial close, and IFRS knowledge.
• Hands-on SAP FICO knowledge and ERP master data governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and harmonize Chart of Accounts across ERP systems (LEAN, QUATTRO, NEXT, RISE NEO).
• Advise on new accounting processes and IFRS changes.
• Support ERP roll-outs with harmonized accounting concepts and cross‑functional input.
• Define configurations and maintain SAP FICO master data.
• Govern GL master data and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Monitor data standards adherence and address deviations.
• Provide support to Global Finance Process Management as needed.
