Job summary

AFRY in Manila is seeking a driven finance professional to support transactional finance activities within our P2P process and potential O2C exposure over time. You will manage master data updates, credit parameters, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs.

We value collaborative, analytical candidates with 2–4 years of finance experience and a solid grasp of ERP systems, MS Office, and ideally Dynamics 365. This role offers growth within a global power sector consultancy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
• Strong soft skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities over time.
• Manage customer and vendor master data updates and inquiries, and review credit parameters.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
