Job summary

AFRY is seeking a finance professional to perform transactional finance activities in Manila, with potential to move between P2P and O2C as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and a learning mindset.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of university studies in accounting or finance and 2–4 years of finance experience, with strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office; Dynamics 365 a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
• Strong soft skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and learning-oriented mindset with accountability and care for people.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.
